These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by PC Innovation LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) seeking computer-building services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer custom computer-building services, including but not limited to, the assembly, configuration, installation of parts, and testing of personal computers (“Services”). These Services are tailored based on customer specifications and may include additional options such as software installation, system upgrades, technical support and cleaning.
2. Customer Obligations
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your specifications, requirements, and any other relevant details needed for building the computer.
• Parts Selection: We can assist in recommending components, but the final choice is yours.
• Payment: Full payment must be made according to the terms outlined in the invoice. Payments must be received before delivery of the finished system or services.
3. Pricing and Payment
• Pricing: All prices for services and parts will be provided to you upfront in a formal quote. Prices may vary based on component availability, shipping costs, and other factors. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you before proceeding.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other forms of electronic payments including Crypto. All invoices must be paid in full before your rig is built.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided only under specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. Custom-built computers are non-refundable once the system has been assembled unless there is a fault in the work or components.
4. Warranty and Liability
• Warranty on Workmanship: We offer a 12-month warranty on the assembly and configuration of the system. This warranty covers only defects caused by workmanship, not the failure of individual components.
• Manufacturer Warranties: The components used in your build will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Any issues with hardware should be addressed through the manufacturer or authorized service provider.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the service rendered or the component in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the system or services.
5. Customer Support and Maintenance
• We offer 6 months of complimentary customer support to assist with initial setup or troubleshooting. Support beyond this period will be billed at an hourly rate or according to the support package selected.
• For ongoing maintenance or upgrades, we offer a separate maintenance plan that can be purchased upon request.
6. Delivery and Shipping
• Shipping: If you choose to have the system delivered, shipping fees will apply. The delivery timeline is estimated and may vary due to factors like location, shipping provider, and product availability.
• Pickup: If you choose to pick up your system, you must do so within 14 days after notification of completion.
7. Intellectual Property
• All proprietary software, designs, and materials provided during the course of our services are the property of PC Innovation unless otherwise stated. By using our services, you agree not to infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is collected, used, and protected.
9. Modifications to These Terms
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through email or other means of contact.
10. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Severability
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Acceptance
• By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
