Warranty Policy

At PC Innovation, we are committed to providing high-quality custom-built computers that meet the highest standards. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage provided for the products we sell, including custom-built computers, components, and accessories.

 

1.⁠ ⁠Warranty Coverage

 

We offer a warranty on all our products, including custom-built computers, parts, and accessories. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Please refer to the following sections for specific coverage.

 

    •    Custom-Built Computers: Our custom-built computers come with a 6 Month warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or failures of parts that were installed by us during the build. This warranty covers the computer’s components, including but not limited to the motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage devices, and power supply.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Warranty Period

 

    •    Custom-built computers: 6 months from the date of delivery.

    •    Individual components (e.g., CPU, GPU, RAM): 6 months or 1 years from the date of purchase (depending on manufacturer warranty).

    •    Accessories (e.g., keyboards, mice, etc.): 6 months or 1 year from the date of purchase (depending on manufacturer warranty.

 

The warranty begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

 

3.⁠ ⁠What the Warranty Covers

 

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of parts that are defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:

 

    •    Manufacturing defects.

    •    Component failures not caused by misuse, accidents, or physical damage.

    •    Malfunction due to hardware failure (e.g., a faulty power supply or malfunctioning motherboard).

 

4.⁠ ⁠What the Warranty Does Not Cover

 

Our warranty does not cover:

 

    •    Damage caused by misuse or abuse (e.g., overclocking, power surges, improper handling).

    •    Accidental damage (e.g., dropping the device or liquid spills).

    •    Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications not performed by us.

    •    Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, fans, or cables) unless specified.

    •    Software issues or problems related to software installations, configuration, or compatibility.

    •    Physical damage due to improper packaging during return shipments.

    •    Damage caused by external factors (e.g., electrical surges, natural disasters, etc.).

 

5.⁠ ⁠Warranty Claims and Procedure

 

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please follow the steps below:

 

    1.    Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@pcinnovation.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. For custom-built computers, please provide details of the symptoms or error messages you have encountered.

    2.    Troubleshooting: Our support team may ask you to perform some basic troubleshooting to confirm the issue. This can include things like running diagnostics or checking connections.

    3.    Return Authorization: If the issue is confirmed and covered under warranty, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the faulty product.

    4.    Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

    5.    Repair/Replacement: Once we receive the product, we will assess it and either repair it or replace it with a like-for-like product. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or issue a refund.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Warranty Extensions and Upgrades

 

    •    Extended Warranty: For an additional cost, you may be able to purchase an extended warranty for your custom-built computer or certain components. Please inquire with our sales team for more information on extended warranties.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Transferability

 

Our warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product. If you resell the product, the warranty will no longer be valid.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

 

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or its parts. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any costs related to downtime.
