Returns and Refund Policy

At PC Innovation, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom-built computers and providing excellent customer service. We understand that you want to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our returns and cancellation guidelines, including for custom-built products.

 

1.⁠ ⁠Right to Cancel and Return

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Custom-Built Computers

 

Please note that custom-built computers cannot be returned or cancelled once they have been assembled. This is because these products are specially made to your specifications, which makes them exempt from the standard return policy under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

However, we will accept returns or provide repairs if your custom-built computer is found to be faulty or not as described.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Custom Products (Standard Computers, Accessories, etc.)

 

For non-custom products, including accessories or standard computers, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

If any item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

5.⁠ ⁠How to Return an Item

 

If you wish to return a non-custom product or a faulty item, please follow these steps:

 

    1.    Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return an item by emailing Info@pcinnovation.co.uk or calling 07845868886. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

    2.    Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or further instructions for the return.

    3.    Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, ensuring all parts, accessories, and documentation are included.

    4.    Ship the Item: Send the product to the address provided.

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If the item is faulty or damaged, you will receive a full refund, including any standard shipping costs.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Exchanges for Non-Custom Products

 

If you would like to exchange a non-custom product for a different model or size, please contact us to arrange the exchange. If the exchange is for a more expensive product, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the exchange is for a less expensive product, we will issue a refund for the difference.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellation

 

For non-custom products, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you cancel after the item has been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
